She and her dearest hubby moved to a new city recently, which we ENTIRELY approve! They listened to the “call” and it has been delightful for them. They are connecting more and more with each other, creating an even deeper bond. They are meeting more people and getting to know old friends and new. They, even more importantly, are HAVING FUN! YES–this is the important piece. BECAUSE having fun is what life is about. They are relaxing and enjoying this time together and they know that they will soon be called to do more work and serve in their own unique way. OH YES! AND they are indeed UNIQUE! What blessings they are! (Please note at this point that this makes Elizabeth slightly uncomfortable but more comfortable than in the past.)

What do you feel called to do? What do you hear and perhaps may be ignoring because it does not seem realistic or reasonable or even make sense. Who cares about making sense? Let us and the Home Office take care of that part. We will take care of the details. We encourage you to listen listen listen and you will be amazed what will happen.

We see how bright and shining you all are. WE see the love you have and we see the love that you are! Oh yes, if needing a little jump start, just start there. Share your love! AND start with YOU!! YOU are a most wondrous and amazing being. YOU, yes, YOU! We see you trying to hide! HA! Found you. We will always find you! YOU can find YOU! Trust that your wonder and your glory are herer to serve and don’t try to work out the details. KNOW that all is beautiful, good, perfect divine timing! Let it all unfold. AND it will and it does. Embrace the uncertainty. Listen to YOU, your inner beautiful being. flow with it.

We, AA Michael and the Angelic Support Team, are writing today to bolster Elizabeth aka Sadhu aka E for her pending move to the big city. She is feeling a bit overwhelmed at the changes occurring. All good, all perfect divine timing but a big change nevertheless.  She knows that the change is more than just moving to another town. Life has sent E and her beloved Jim to this bigger town for a fuller, richer and more fun life.

There will be much for them to enjoy there. Also, a larger scope for her to talk with us, share us with you all, teach dancing and yoga and meditation and perhaps even some chanting. She is ready, although at times in her humanness, she is not quite sure.

You are ready, Sadhu!! We tell you this now and we know that you know but just let all doubts and fears drop. Remember to jump off the cliff and we will always catch you, darling! We are here for you every second and you can ask and in fact we suggest you ask sooner. yeah yeah yeah…..we know you know…..SO we are REMINDING you! 

Also, let go of thinking you have to do anything other than your usual excellent cleaning job on the house. Stop worrying…..nothing more you can do……Yes, your landlady has been challenging but keep the love gates open to her and see the gold sprinkling down upon you and Jim. This may be your last payment in the karma bank……oh yes!

You and Jim are so blessed to be able to live the way you do. And we don’t mean just on the physical plane. You trust and you go forth. So much is coming to you! You are a shining example of a beautiful and loving and supportive and FUN relationship.

Enjoy your dancing birthday weekend coming up. What joy that you can partake of this! What joy that your dearest Jim has retired! And that you have the flexibility to do this. AND you will soon see what you are supposed to do in Portland. You are so excellent at listening and all is perfect and divine.

We love you and know that this love is VAST. Vaster than you can imagine.

We believe that although this is a message directly to our dearest Sadhu, that this will speak to others…..

BUT what is happening is that there is big change coming and we women, we feminine goddesses, need to be ready to finally roar our own roar…..It is our turn. We are strong, we are alive, and it is time to roar. Let us be heard. Let us be appreciated. Let us KNOW that we are awesome divine humans and we don’t have to become skinny to show up, that we don’t have to shut up to be seen, that we don’t have to be nice in order to fit in.

I say fuck fitting in, fuck getting skinny to please others, we can be skinny or chunky to please ourselves. WE can love ourselves EXACTLY as we are right NOW and we don’t need permission from the patriarchy.  I say fuck anyone who thinks that we are bitches because we speak up, who think we aren’t being nice enough. Fuck being nice if that means suppressing ourselves.

When was the last time you felt free and beautiful and strong and feminine and sexy? Well, find that place and feel it again. And again. And again. Because you are all that and more. YOU ARE FABULOUS.  WE ARE ALL FABULOUS! We can be women who are strong and free and beautiful and big and small and funny and sexy and bountiful and be real. AND we need to know this from the bottom of our deepest part of ourselves.

Has my anger subsided? Not entirely. AND I realized that I needed to write about it and share what I am feeling with the whole world. That is one of my callings. I am transparent and I am open and I am strong. I am the Warrior Goddess of Light and there is a reason why this title came to me several years ago.

AA Michael: Oh darling you are strong and I want to hear your message as do many others, especially the women out there who feel that they cannot be themselves without some measure of suppression popping up. I love seeing you beautiful strong women speak up and I rejoice in it. Do realize that this will make many uncomfortable and we know that you are ready to deal with this. More than ready. I am here, as is your Angelic Support Team, to be a complete loving support for you. You are on this mission and as you have been feeling it is also empowering other women to speak up . We know that this has been in the air and others are speaking of the breaking down of patriarchal society. IT IS TIME! BE strong you kick ass woman you! We love you so much and delight in this coming out, not that anyone who knows you  is surprised by this coming out of your Warrior Goddess of Light amazingness. Keep speaking up and know we are here. As needed go to where ever you need to go to speak up. Wherever you feel called. It is time. I am frolicking again this time through fields of lavender….Yes, it is because you love lavender so much. Inspire and support the others who will come to you for your strength. Mostly women but all in perfect divine order and timing. We are not afraid of your anger. You are feeling it in all righteousness and for the many women who cannot. We even delight in your use of words that some may consider un-spiritual. All perfect. YOU are on your path, your light journey. KNOW it from the depths of your soul and heart. We love you, WGL!!

Thank you AAM—I so appreciate your love, support and guidance. When I asked my beings if I was to post this, they nodded their heads “yes”. Well, I am obedient, but  it makes me a little uncomfortable to post it. Part of my self-love path is to trust what I hear and to be confident in my knowingness.

I surround myself in white beautiful  light and ask only to serve in the highest. And I chant: “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” which means “I bow to the infinite invisible Divinity within me and all around me.”

If I am grieving then they must be really grieving. I have this reticence that
does not want to be pushy about being with them but I feel really alone right
now in this process. I am not quite of the family, and don’t feel very
connected with my own blood family. Where do I turn? To my honey, of course,
and he has been wonderful and super supportive. My most beloved husband totally
loved her, also. They had such a connection but she was not like his mother.

For some reason there is part of me that feels I don’t even get to grieve for very
long, like it is not my right. Even though there is no law or program that
gives guidelines about length of grieving, I feel, for some reason, that I am
supposed to just get over it. No one is telling me this. I am putting some kind
of bullsh*t thing on myself. Well big surprise there since I have done this to
myself my whole life. Is this part of my healing process? Probably.

Ahhhhh…..getting a message from AA Michael and the angelic support team. Thank you!

Dearest beloved daughter…..yes, allow yourself to grieve
as long as it takes. No telling how long. You are allowed to feel deeply and
strongly about this woman who cared deeply for you, more deeply than you know.
She loved YOU, your humor, your sense of fun, your support and YOUR CHILDREN
and your cooking!! Please know this and just be in it. Wallow in it. We used
one of your favorite words, deliberately. Wallowing is useful and can be very
therapeutic at times. Allow all emotions to be seen, to be there. No suppression
allowed! We know how hard you are on yourself, dearest, as we have been with
you your whole life. We recognize that this woman was truly your mum, the best
you had in this lifetime. So wallow in your gratitude of her and her role in
your life and the beautiful relationship that only the two of you could really
know about. It was real and it was perfect for you both.

Thank you so much for this, dearest AA Michael and the team. This helps lift me up
and makes my heart feel lighter. I get that really there is no one who can
understand my grief since no one had this relationship in exactly the same way.
AND this is true for all of the family. They each have their own. We can be
united in the grieving but it is very individual.

I love you all and I cherish my life and what I have SO much. I am a blessed
woman. Wallowing in gratitude for all that I have and all that I AM.

I am here to tell you today that you can live your passion, life your life in love and passion, your work, your career can be living your passion. Did you know this was possible? I speak to you all, even those who do not see how this can be possible. AND it is possible because you are all divine beings, perfect in my eyes, and perfect exactly as you are now. I laugh out loud with joy to see your perfection and radiance and what you can achieve and what you can do and how you can live. Yippeee….I am feeling frisky and frolicking though fields of flowers with the idea of it.

Do you see it, can you feel it, can you know the changes that are occurring right now in your world? Tis true. All you must do is take a leap, you don’t even need to believe, but just take a leap and I will catch you with the Angelic Support Team. I see you floating, flying through the air, jumping off that cliff of old beliefs………….. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee……………. haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa…………… waaaaaaaaaaaahooooooooooooooo!! Caught you!

We would love to encourage you to make a list of EVERYTHING that you love to do. Let your analyzing minds take a rest on this one. Do not ask if you can make money at it, just let your pen flow with all things fun, all things joyful. This is a way to crack a little chink in your armor of disbelief. Can you do it? We see you allowing yourself a jolly good time of listing all fun activities, please don’t limit yourself.

This one, Elizabeth, just needed to let go of what did not serve her anymore and she is feeling huge relief.There is an opening for more good to come in. More more more……Trusting that you are on your path. Faith. So important. If you have the vision of what you are to do, trust this. All in perfect Diving timing. It is coming. Sometimes it can take a bit for the world to catch up to you Lightworkers.

Spend time in reflection, in BEing, listening. We are saying this again BECAUSE it is so important. AND because this one, Elizabeth, needs to also hear it again. She is such a can-do type of being that she thinks that she is supposed to do something when all she can do right now is love love love. AND she is quite good at that, is she not? We know that you all see it and know this about her. We are writing this to also get her to KNOW this about herself.

So, taking care of making sure you are surrounded by love, being the love and sharing the love is the main message today.

Dear ones–every day we are bombarded with messages that we are not enough. We get emails from lists we are signed up for because we were looking for something else to make us better. I am here to tell you (AA Michael says to tell you he is also here) that you are PERFECT EXACTLY AS YOU ARE RIGHT NOW. Sorry for the shouting but it is important that you hear it.

I see so many entrepreneurs, business owners, “spiritual” teachers (I love it when they call themselves that) who tell us that we must sign up for their class, workshop, newsletter, monthly membership because they will heal, change, transform, help us be who we are meant to be.

I call bull sh*t on this! AND I admit to being caught up in it as well. I have had a lifelong mantra that I am “not good enough” and have worked hard to let that go. I am now living a beautiful, miraculous (it feels that way) state of “I AM GOOD ENOUGH”. Wow, how beautiful and amazing and lovely and FUN to say this out loud. It is true. I have NO doubt about it.

So, when I talk about the above, I know it from the bottom of my soul since I was seeking for something more, that one thing that would convince me that I was okay. I was not seeking the knowing of perfection, just seeking the knowingness that I was okay. (AA Michael is chiming in now. He says that we are all PERFECT and he is so filled with love for us humans and would love to convey the love that he feels. It is beyond any love that we have known up to now.)

So, dearest business owners, spiritual teachers, marketing gurus—I get that you can help people, but shift so that you are not coming from lack or conveying the message that we will be okay as long as we sign up. I invite a new way of being, a new way of marketing. And a knowing that there is enough for all of us and that we are abundant RIGHT NOW.

And dearest humans, know that you are perfect exactly as you are right now. Before signing up for something, stop for a moment and ask yourself, “will this help, will this give me joy and fun and love, do I need this?”Listen to YOU. Because you are wise and know what is best for you.

I love you MORE than I can say, more than I can describe. I always knew that I could not love you (my neighbor) until I loved myself.

Beloveds—I am here to give you joy and calm reassurance. I offer protection, you have but to ask. I offer giggles, again, just ask me! I delight in sharing all my gifts, as you humans do. In fact, this is an excellent habit to get into. Ask me AND ask your human cohorts for help and love and joy and zesty living and fun and comfort.  We are here to suppport and love each other. Even we angels need to be asked. Yes, yes, we know that this is the thing you have always read, that angels will come when they are called and come in emergency situations. This is true, but we LOVE to be asked. Why do you think we are here and present and available? To serve, of course.

Just as you humans delight when someone asks you for help and are thrilled to serve, it is the same for us. Ha! Look at that–we have some similarities and of course many differences. But is it not fun to see the simililarities?

Calm reassurance is asking for peace, for faith to know, for love to feel comforted, for support when sad. We can offer this and more. Just ask!! Ha, similar to the ad for Just do it! We find this amusing, for we are never at a loss for seeing the humor in all situations. Yes, we say Just Do it! And now you know that whenever you see this ad you will think of me, AA Michael and also my cadre of angelic buddies.

We are wanting to show you all, also, that life does not need to be so serious. What brings you joy? What brings a smile? Go forth and keep on finding these things. This one, Elizabeth, who is receiving this message, finds great joy in dancing. So, she dances and could dance more (we think). She was finding great joy the other day in saying “Bi Bim Bop”. This is a Korean dish that her friend ordered for lunch. They both agreed that it made them feel happy just to say it, so they did several times.

Enjoy the simple things and the more complex, but you don’t need to look far, to find what brings you joy and laughter and love and silliness. Just do it!! hee hee……we like this!
